How much is delivery?
Between Rs. 350 and Rs. 500 depending on your district, and free on orders over Rs. 7,500. Choose your district on any product page to see the exact fee and date.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–2 working days in Colombo and Gampaha and 2–5 working days elsewhere. We do not dispatch on Sundays, Poya days or public holidays.
How can I pay?
By card or mobile wallet through PayHere, by bank transfer (upload your payment slip after ordering), or cash on delivery (Rs. 100 fee, orders up to Rs. 25,000). We never see or store your card details.
When is a bank transfer order confirmed?
When we have checked your payment slip, usually the same working day. Orders without a slip are cancelled after 48 hours.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if it is unused with its tags on. Request it from Your account → Orders. We pay the return shipping if the item is faulty or wrong.
Do electronics have a warranty?
The warranty period and who provides it are listed on each product page. Keep your order email as proof of purchase.
How do I find my size?
Clothing and footwear pages have a size guide link next to the size options, with measurements in centimetres.
Do I need an account to order?
You can browse and fill your cart without one. We create your account at checkout so you can track the order and request returns. Sign in with your email or mobile number.
How do I track my order?
Open Track your order while signed in. You also get an email with the courier and tracking number when your order ships.
