thani.lk (“we”, “us”) runs this online store. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how we look after it.
What we collect. While you browse, we don’t ask for any personal details. Your cart, wishlist and recently viewed items are saved only in your own browser, not on our servers. When you place an order, we collect your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address, and we create an account for you so you can track your orders.
Why we collect it. We use your details only to process and deliver your order, contact you about it, handle returns and exchanges, and send order updates by email. We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
Payments. Card and wallet payments are processed securely by PayHere. We never see or store your card number. For bank transfers, the payment slip you upload is stored securely and is visible only to you and our staff.
Who we share it with. We share your name, phone number and delivery address with our courier partners, only so they can deliver your order. Payment details go to PayHere and your bank, as needed to complete your payment.
Cookies. We use only the cookies needed for the store to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your cart. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it. We keep order records for as long as the law requires for accounting purposes. You can delete your account at any time from My Account. Your personal details are then removed, and only the order records we’re legally required to keep are retained.
Your rights. You can view and update your details in My Account, or ask us to correct or delete them.
